Terms of Service — LetsGoLos

1. About LetsGoLos

LetsGoLos (“the Service”) is a platform that lets groups of people organise random team-allocation draws for football tournaments. It is operated as a personal project and is not affiliated with FIFA, UEFA, or any football governing body.

2. Using the Service

Users under 16 may use the Service with the permission of a parent or guardian. By using the Service you agree to provide accurate information and to use it only for lawful purposes. You must not use the Service to harass, defraud, or harm other users.

3. Payments

Creating a draw requires a one-time €10 platform fee, processed securely by Mollie. This fee covers hosting and operating costs. It is non-refundable once a draw has been activated. Entry fees collected between participants are handled entirely by the draw organiser — LetsGoLos does not hold or process participant entry fees.

4. Draw randomness

Team assignments are generated using a cryptographic pseudo-random shuffle at the scheduled draw time. LetsGoLos cannot predict, influence, or reverse draw results once the draw has run.

5. Availability

The Service is provided on a best-effort basis. We may need to suspend or discontinue the Service for maintenance or unforeseen reasons. We are not liable for any losses arising from downtime.

6. Intellectual property

All content, branding, and code in the Service are owned by LetsGoLos. You may not copy or redistribute them without written permission.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
